My approach is rooted in my belief that as a therapist I am a guide: walking alongside you to find solutions, to promote growth and effectively navigate life's transitions. I offer expertise in grief & loss; issues related to death and dying, chronic illness and pain; and martial stressors. As a Gottman Institute trained clinician, I utilize a structured approach for couples counseling to help couples with problem solving, managing conflict and strengthening their relationship. It is truly a privilege to provide support to clients at what is often the most challenging time of their lives. I am committed to helping all clients foster self-determination, to build coping skills to face challenges with courage.
